That's...remarkable. Would've taken eight words to "correct" - specifically "other than that created in Section A above."
I'm still waiting for any governor to call out the National Guard to deal with couples who try to get divorced - seems that should be a part of the "Defense of Marriage Act"... Why is the divorce rate so high if there are federal laws defending it?
